April is Children’s Month at Exclusive Books
This means that they will be hosting a morning of kids’ activities, treats and fun every Saturday in April, at various stores. The stars of the show are Pippi Langkous, Dr Seuss’ What Pet Should I get?, Where’s Wally and The Good Dinosaur. I will be going to the Cresta event (date below) for one-on-one time with my little man while baby stays at home – he’s in grade 2 and starting to read more confidently so this is just what we need!

*Please note: the Melrose Arch store will be running on a slightly different schedule by hosting events on Sundays only, 10:30-11:30am, from 10 April – 1 May.

We need to decide which to attend… lots of dates and venues means we have lots of choices, which is nice. Morningside, Rosebank or Brooklyn on the 16th or 23rd And Melrose arch on a sunday is also a very good choice

Yay! This is brilliant! I’m going to take full advantage of this and kill two birds with one stone. I’ll take my niece and nephew along for the experience, while getting a few books for our own bundle of joy that’s on the way – I’m due in May, so the countdown is in full swing! We’ll pop by Morningside on 16 April. Can’t wait!
